AfterBurner :2 burner gas stove

AfterBurner : 2 Burner Gas Stove for the Indian Market
Design brief:
Design a 2 burner gas stove (LPG) .Be aesthetically pleasing and will not cost more than Rs1500 to produce.It should have enhanced cleanability and usability.
Target consumer:Middle income to high income group(Sec A ,B )Working Man ,Woman living alone or with flatmates.Cooks dinner mostly.Family Profile : Young Family .2-4 member (2 adults , 2 children ).

Concept 2 : TWINPOD
>a look at giving the humble gas stove an entirely
new form factor architecture.
>inner burner holds small utensils. When the gas
cock is turned on the inner burner fires up first.
If there is a larger vessel then the cock is turned
full enabling both burners. Inner & outer burner
have separate ignition curves (linear).
>Very easy to clean and maintain.
>cast aluminum buffed/ vitrified enameled surface
or stamped stainless steel.
>The gas cock surface is offset in front of the
burner so that there are less chances of burning
ones hands (even though the perceived
psychological danger is more than the actual one.)
>Form was a a major consideration as it was important to raise the profile of the user .A gas stove is to a cook what a brush is to a painter or an alcohol marker to a designer. Its the instrument of creating culinary art.
